Community Guidelines
Last revised 3 July 2026
Who these apply to
These Community Guidelines apply to your use of Hey Sini, including profiles, messages, table chat, Tonight rooms, the Roll, the Lobby, reports, and any meeting you choose to attend after connecting through the service. Hey Sini is operated by HEYSINI PTY LTD (ACN 699 859 455), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Respect other members
Be kind, clear, and lawful. Do not pressure people to share more than they want to share. Do not use a table to sell, recruit, interrogate, record, film, shame, or pursue someone who has not clearly welcomed it.
The table works because repetition builds trust. Bring that standard to messages and meetings even when you are nervous, tired, or not feeling a match.
What is not allowed
You must not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, intimidate, or defame another person;
- post hateful, sexually exploitative, illegal, or non-consensual content;
- impersonate anyone, misrepresent yourself, or use another person's photos;
- solicit money, run scams, promote spam, or use the club mainly for sales;
- share another member's private information without consent; or
- try to scrape, copy, overload, or bypass the service.
Meet in public
Hey Sini may suggest public venue ideas for convenience, but we do not host, arrange, supervise, operate, or run offline meetings, and we never act on behalf of a venue. Members decide whether and where to meet, confirm details together, pay their own way, and leave whenever they choose.
Meet in public, especially while a table is new. Tell someone you trust where you are going, sort your own way home, and share personal details at your own pace.
Reports and moderation
You can report or block a member from inside the app. A block removes that person from your view both ways. Serious reports can alert the team, and repeated serious reports can suspend an account while we review.
Hey Sini is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first: 000 in Australia, 112 in Indonesia. Once you are safe, tell us so we can act on the account.
Photo checks and identity limits
A photo-checked badge means the current profile photo passed a live-selfie liveness check. It helps reduce impersonation, but it is not a legal identity check, age check, background check, criminal-history check, character check, suitability check, or offline-conduct guarantee.
